As the burgeoning SGI community Data Innovators^SM continues to grow, we’re filling a gap for one of the most critical, but under-resourced, issues in the industry: securing data and analytics talent at investment management firms. After conceptualizing UniversityConnect^SM, which serves as a hub for applicable university programs and their recruiting contacts, we’ve taken things further.

Through the rotating University Spotlight feature, DI members now have direct access to the newest recruiting contacts and opportunities to promote internship and career opportunities. It’s our hope that as we continue to expand this resource, we’ll play a critical role in streamlining the talent acquisition process.
