Annually the management team at SGI makes important recommendations to its trade group and executive council partners regarding open leadership positions. These nominations are the starting for selection of key executives to become the next generation of industry stewards.
The process is based on eight key criteria:
1. Respected leader in their field or discipline
2. Willing to share views and opinions
3. Involvement with third-parties and consultants
4. Attendance and participation at key organizational events
5. Image of their firm in the industry
6. AUM of their firm
7. Willingness to advocate on behalf of their trade organization
Announcements on nominees will be made during the first quarter of 2015.
